The mind can observe and know itself. In this guided meditation, the practice involves observing the mind itself, including its states, moods, thoughts, and mental qualities. In this way, you can cultivate awareness of the mind's tendencies, such as desire, aversion, doubt, and mindfulness itself, in order to develop clarity, stability, and insight into the nature of the mind.
